Unopened boxes of stocked flooring can be returned within 90 days of purchase, provided you have the original receipt and the product is in its original condition.

Yes, we partner with independent professional installers to provide full-service installation for hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile products.
How long does it take for wood flooring to acclimate?
Most hardwood products require 3 to 7 days to acclimate to your home's humidity and temperature levels before installation to prevent warping.
What are the shipping costs for large flooring orders?
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance. We offer flat-rate shipping to our local stores for free pickup, or residential curbside delivery for an additional fee.
Do you provide warranties on your flooring products?
All our flooring products come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 10 years to a lifetime, covering structural integrity and finish wear under normal residential use.
