  Retrieve your original sales receipt or order confirmation email to verify your transaction and processing details.

  Bring your items to any local Lumber Liquidators store for an immediate exchange or contact our customer service team to arrange a freight pickup for larger orders.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the items are inspected and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
